Dry skin treatment

Dry skin is also called xerosis, several complex factors contribute to dry skin, and many of these factors change with age. Environmental factors such as ambient drought, irritants or bathing habits can be concerned, as well as the individual characteristics related to medical conditions, genetics, or aging. As the biochemistry of dry skin becomes better understood,we are better able to deal with this problem.
Before we offer you recipes that are natural and inexpensive, it is best to identify the main causes of dry skin.

A-Causes

Insufficient hydration of the skin

the body is 60% water, and can lose up to a liter and a half daily. To maintain good body moisture, it is strongly recommended to drink water.
Dehydration is usually a transient lack of water and can affect all skin types. Dehydration wrinkles can be seen around the eyes or at the cheekbones.

Aging

With aging, less functional molecules are manufactured their proportions will also change, which seriously affects the skin
Leading to dry skin in addition to changing the fat percentage and low the enzyme levels depending on the aging factor, the most common reason in the elderly is the change of the stratum corneum due to desmosome dysfunction. After the skin barrier becomes poor, it takes longer to reconfigure unlike younger individuals.

Daily practices

We often unconsciously exaggerate some daily practices on skin health, such as excessive cleaning of the skin, bathing in hot water, misuse of the towel after each bath, constant exposure of the body to the sun, the wetlands in which we live, for example people living in the very hot desert environment of Arizona have higher skin ceramide content, which is therefore stronger than the skin of those living in New York.

Some diseases
